レオニード・ソコフ
Leonid Sokov
社会主義芸術の世代として考えられがちだが、ソコフの作品はソッツ・アートと関係が深い。ソッツ・アートは、一九八〇年代、ありふれた社会主義リアリズムを流用しながらソ連体制やロシア社会を批判した作品群を指すが、ソコフは、ロシアの寓話や大衆文化、地下組織を題材として扱いながら、笑いや破壊の要素を持ち込んできた。
1941 カリーニン（現トヴェリ、ロシア連邦）に生まれる。
2001 第49回ベニス・ビエンナーレ出品。
