1957年韓国全州生まれ。キョンヒ大学卒業、キョンヒ大学大学院修了。
パフォーマンスやビデオ・インスタレーションを用いて表現。
韓国の土着性やマスコミニュケーションの抱える問題を観る者に示唆させる。
